Relationship Impact
What relationships have a positive impact on you?
Those relationships engulfed in encouragement, understanding, and opportunities for learning have the best positive impact on me. They also leave room for opportunities to have a positive impact on others. The process of receiving and passing forward. Turning someone else’s negative impact they may have received from someone else and turning it into a positive is just as heart felt.
Do Differently
What could you do differently?
It’s a hard question to answer. Even though there are many things I could/could’ve done differently, if I did or would, I would not have learned what I did. It’s a double edge sword. One has many regrets, but what is gained from those regrets can be or is a blessing at the same time. For me, in spite if where I am today, I mostly regret. In the end, I would change the fact that I left.

Future and Past
Do you spend more time thinking about the future or the past? Why?
Neither. I can’t fix the past. All I can do is learn from it. One can contemplate the future and make tentative plans for it and even dream. But, since events can and do happen outside of our control, all we can do is hope and pray about it. Thus, we can’t control the future either. We can control our present, so that’s where my mind is mostly. That and Jesus.

Nostalgia
What makes you feel nostalgic?
What makes me feel nostalgic is being together with family or witnessing a family and/or friends setting which reminds me of a time when I was younger.
Growing up, we went camping a lot. What I particularly liked about those times were the variety of scents around us such as: camp fires, pine needles, the scent of the lake blowing in on a gentle breeze….. All of these experiences, when I encounter them now, make feel nostalgic.

There Are Times to Plan
If you’re the type of writer who writes by the seat of your pants (pantser), there are times when you have to sit down and plan. How you plan out your story depends on which method suits you as an individual. I know writing by the seat of your pants feels comfortable, but when your story starts getting away from you, that’s when you know it’s time to stop, take a deep breath, let it out, and organize your plot/subplots.
