If you could rewrite any book’s ending, which one would you choose?
I can’t say I would modify the ending of any book. The author chooses an ending to their liking for a reason. Sometimes the endings chosen that we don’t like serve a purpose to teach a lesson. If the book ended a different way, it may not teach the intended lesson.
