What’s the story behind your nickname?

Uhhh, I don’t have a nickname. But, my dad used to call me Lischen (pronounced Leesyen). It’s German for Little Lisa. Lisa is what the L stands for in L. M. Montes. My dad is from Germany 🇩🇪 and immigrated here to the USA in the late 50’s.

My husband calls me babe. There really isn’t a story with that one. It’s just what he’s always called me.

When I was a kid, my male cousin of the same age called me Pizza because my name rhymes with it, and we both liked pizza 🍕.

What’s your go-to comfort food?

It was popcorn popped in an iron skillet with no butter and sprinkled with parmesan cheese, but I con no longer eat popcorn. Most of my go to comfort foods are off limits for me now.
