Putting Off
What have you been putting off doing? Why?
My third and fourth novels. I have prologues on both done plus 3 chapters of one novel done and 5 chapters on the other novel done. It’s not that I am putting them off. I am letting them simmer in the back of my mind while I focus on getting my short story collection manuscript in order and done.
Grown-up Feeling
When was the first time you really felt like a grown up (if ever)?

Favorite Artists
This is my response to the prompt for today. I tried pressing the link to answer it within the prompt, but I kept receiving an error message.
I don’t have a favorite artist per se, but I do have a favorite kind of art. Any art that creates a warm nostalgic feeling within myself is my favorite. Art that does this is anything pertaining to nature, such as beaches, the ocean, forest, animals, streams, lakes, etc…
Favorite Hobby or Pastime
What is your favorite hobby or pastime?
Creating beaded jewelry. Although, it’s more than a hobbie or pastime. It’s a business.
Possession Loss
What would I do? I’d sit on the beach, pray, listen to and enjoy the sound and beauty of the ocean and wonder what happened. Then I’d get up, live in the present, and move on.
Feeling Out of Place

When I walk into a room full of people I don’t know.
Change of Mind (Topics/Issues)
There isn’t. In thinking about this, I found it difficult to find a topic or an issue where I’ve changed my mind. If anything, I’ve dug my heels in more instead of changing my mind. To the angst of some people around me.
I will say, though, that I have changed my mind about some people. To be clear, they weren’t as nasty as I previously thought. The opposite of that is also true. There were those I thought to be upstanding, then found they really weren’t. Wow, how the curtain goes up and reveals all the ‘players’ and motivations behind the actions. It’s mind blowing. I learned from these insights and revelations though, and that’s the important part.
